You may have to forget about the calories this trip, because the downhome Southern food here is amazing! Not that we encourage it, but you can put gravy on pretty much anything in Georgia. Don’t worry too much about that though, because you’ll burn them right off walking along the Beltline and taking in the views of the city.
3. Maui, HI
Hawaii is remote enough that planning a trip here requires more forethought and planning than any other destination on this list. The flight is long, so you would want to book a resort or hotel for at least a week to make it count. However, we cannot stress enough that it is totally worth it. Maui is full of stunning beaches, dark cliffs, and lush greenery. Pack your sunscreen and get out on the water! Paddleboarding, snorkeling, and jet skiing are all easily accessible in Maui. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even try out parasailing!
4. Austin, TX
For low-key travellers, this weird and wonderful city in Texas will become your go-to US vacation destination. With great live music and an awesome bar scene, you and your girls will have no shortage of nighttime activities to entertain yourselves. Feeling like a local? Grab your cowboy hat and check out a rodeo to get a real taste of American culture. You might even find yourself saying Howdy to a handsome stranger before the night is done.
5. Denver, CO
Those looking for an alternative to the standard beach getaway should take a look at Denver, Colorado. The Mile High city is surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges, making it a hiker’s paradise.
