2. Get enough sleep.

Sure, you’ve heard this before from your parents, friends, doctors, etc. Even some motivational speakers say this. Now, you’re hearing it from me again. If you truly want to stay young and slow down the aging process, you need to ensure that you find the time to sleep well.
